Our History

McLo Hotshot Service LLC was established in June 2013 and is owned and operated by Louis D Lopez. Louis has several years of experience in the natural gas and oil industries. He also has years of experience with trouble-shooting the mechanical and technical operations and maintenance of natural gas plants. 

Louis has extensive knowledge of various equipment and tools that are used in the natural gas and oil industries. Louis’ personal endeavors have allowed him to better understand the unique needs of oilfield clients and the practices that make an equipment hauling job run seamlessly. He and his team have worked in the Permian Basin and surrounding Texas cities as well as Oklahoma, Kansas, North Dakota, New Mexico, and Wyoming. We are a fully-insured operation that is certified under the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) as an owner-operator interstate carrier, certified with the Texas DOT, and certified with HUB under the Texas Historically Underutilized Businesses. McLo Hotshot Service LLC is enrolled in a drug and alcohol testing consortium and all drivers are enrolled in an annual driver qualification and medical certification program in order to meet U.S. DOT regulations.
